A daily checkup for websites, analytics and ads

Critical issues aren’t always visible. The site loads and the ads keep running, but data goes missing, conversions stop being recorded, and pages drop out of Google’s index.

For web studios Marketers Business owners
  • GTM, GA4 or ad pixels have disappeared from the site
  • Traffic and clicks from Google have started to fall
  • Conversions stopped coming through, or their value changed
  • Google Ads campaigns have stopped, or the budget is running out
  • The product feed is empty and products have vanished from Google Shopping
  • Pages have dropped out of the index and rankings have slipped
  • The domain expired, hosting is full, or SEO tags have changed

You’ll know about a problem before it turns into lost traffic and money. Check your sites automatically every day. Get alerts about critical changes.

Every site in one table. Green — fine, yellow — worth a look, red — fix it today.

Silent breakages

None of this is visible from the outside

GTM disappeared, along with analytics and pixels

GTM-7K2QXB → not found

One click removes every tag at once. The ads keep running — there's just nothing left to measure the results with.

The title got replaced with the CMS default

Wholesale coffee from 20kg → Home

The page looks the same. In search results, the product name is replaced with the word "Home". Rankings start slipping in about a month.

Half the products dropped out

products in feed: 1,284 → 640

The store keeps running, but half the catalog stopped showing up in Google Ads product listings. The PMax campaign optimization got thrown off.

The site got blocked from search engines

robots.txt → Disallow: /

A common story: someone blocks the staging version and forgets to unblock the live one. In a couple of weeks the site disappears from search entirely.

The domain expired yesterday

registration → expired

Renewing it takes a minute and a bit of money. A dead domain means lost revenue, lost trust, and stopped ads. We remind you ahead of time.

The site loads with an error — the server ran out of space

site → server error

The server ran out of space, and the site now loads with an error. Checkout stops working.

Every day it goes unnoticed, any one of these breakages is costing you money.

How people usually find out

A breakage has three ways of announcing itself. Two of them are expensive.

A month later

From a report

Leads dropped. A week later you're looking for the reason and find a tag that fell off at the start of the month. The budget's already spent by then.

Cost: a month's ad budget
3 days later

From a client

"Something's not working over there, take a look." Doubly annoying — not because it broke, but because the person who noticed wasn't the one being paid to.

Cost: the client's trust
Right after the check

From an email and a Telegram message

We check the site once a day, at the time you choose. Right after the check, an email arrives with what changed. Anything critical is also sent to Telegram.

Cost: from $0/month

Site monitoring

Seventeen checks, every day

Is the site working

Whether the site and its inner pages load, how fast, and whether the domain is about to expire.

  • Homepage availability
  • Inner pages availability
  • PageSpeed
  • Domain expiration

Tags and analytics

Whether the tags and pixels your ad budget depends on are still in place.

  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Facebook Pixel
  • TikTok Pixel

How search engines see the site

Whether the site is blocked from search, and whether every page made it into the sitemap.

  • robots.txt
  • Pages in sitemap
  • SEO
  • Schema.org

Product feed

Whether the Merchant Center feed is being served, and how many items it has compared with yesterday.

  • Merchant Center feed
  • Products in feed

Page text and metadata

Whether anyone rewrote the titles and copy that people find you by in search.

  • Title changes
  • Description changes
  • H1 changes
  • Text changes

Inner pages are checked the same way as the homepage — up to ten pages per site, on every plan. If a problem shows up on an inner page, the email says exactly which one.

How it works

We remember what your site is supposed to look like, and tell you when it stops looking that way

Step 1

Add the site address

That's it. No code on the pages, no access to your admin panel, no developer needed. We look at the site from the outside, the same way a regular visitor would.

Step 2

We record how things stand right now

Which tags are in place, what the titles say, how many items are in the product feed, when the domain expires. That's the baseline. Changed the site on purpose? Update it with one click.

Step 3

From then on, we compare every day

The check runs at the time you choose, in your time zone. Right after, an email arrives: what changed in the last 24 hours, and how serious it is.

About notifications

A daily report to your email, a critical problem — a Telegram alert

An email right after the check

You pick the check time, we run it on your time zone. The email with everything that changed arrives the moment the check is done.

Critical — to Telegram

If the site won't load, a tag disappears, or the feed goes empty, the same thing also lands in a separate Telegram message. Warnings stay in the email.

Every check gets its own criticality

Set how important a specific check is for a given site. No more permanent "not found" lines you stop reading.

Who this is for

One problem, three different conversations

Studios and agencies

Your whole portfolio of client sites in one panel. You find out about a breakage before the client does — and can fold that into your support package.

Team access. Share a set of sites with the team member responsible — with view-only or edit access.

Site owners

Check your site for free. Find out in time if something broke. Report the problem to your contractors or fix it yourself. Your business is your responsibility.

Marketers

Tags and feeds are checked every day. A tracker that stopped firing is caught within a day, not three days later when conversions have already dropped.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to install anything on the site?

No. No code, no extension, no access to hosting or the admin panel. All we need is the site address — everything else we see from the outside, the same as a regular visitor.

How often do you check?

Once a day, at a time you choose, in your time zone. Right after the check, an email arrives with everything that changed. Anything critical also goes to Telegram.

What if I changed the site myself?

Then it's not a breakage, and you update the baseline with one click. The new state becomes the norm, and future comparisons run against it. No repeated false alarms over the same change.

What exactly is in the email?

The full picture for every site: all seventeen checks with their status and results. What needs attention today is pulled to the top — the email opens with that, and the rest you can just skim.

Can I give a client or teammate access?

Yes, by invitation, with view or edit rights, for individual sites or a whole group. A client only sees the status of their own project, not the others.

What counts as one site?

One domain. You can add up to ten inner pages to it — they're checked the same way as the homepage and don't use up any of your plan's limit.

Is Google Ads monitoring included in the free plan?

No. Google Ads monitoring is available on the Start, Agency and Scale plans; website checks work on every plan, including the free one.

Be the first to know when something breaks

One site free, no card needed. Adding it takes a minute, the first check runs right away — you'll see exactly what shape the site is in right now.
