1. Who provides the service

2. What the service does

The service has three sections:

Website monitoring — a daily automatic check of the sites you add, across seventeen parameters. Checks are performed from the outside; we don't request or use access to your hosting or content management system.
Analytics — Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 reports for the properties that match the domain of a monitored site.
Google Ads — monitoring of your ad accounts: funds and spend forecast, errors, campaign status, cost per click and cost per conversion, products in Google Shopping.

Results are sent to your email; critical events are also sent to Telegram.

To use the Analytics and Google Ads sections, you connect your Google account and grant the service access to the relevant data on Google's consent screen. The service only reads this data and doesn't change settings, campaigns, budgets or any other data in your Google accounts. You can revoke access at any time in the service settings or in your Google account's security settings. How we handle the data we receive is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Registration and account

Using the service requires an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. One account is meant for one person or one organization.

4. Plans and billing

The free plan lets you monitor one site with no time limit and includes monitoring and analytics. Paid plans differ by the number of sites; Google Ads monitoring is available on paid plans only. Prices are shown in US dollars; charges are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia at the rate on the day of payment.

Payment is processed through the WayForPay payment service. A custom plan can also be arranged, payable by bank transfer against an invoice, for individuals and legal entities alike. Write to info@fullcheckapp.com to set this up.

The subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel renewal any time in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Usage restrictions

You may not add sites you have no relationship to as an owner, contractor, or authorized party, or use the service to place load on third-party resources. You may connect only the Google accounts, Search Console and Google Analytics properties, and Google Ads accounts you're entitled to use. By giving other users access to a site, you confirm that you have the right to show them data from the connected Google accounts.

6. Liability

The service reports changes on your site but does not fix them and does not guarantee it will catch every possible issue. Decisions about what to do with your site are yours.

The service receives analytics and Google Ads data from Google and shows it as Google provides it. The data may update with a delay, differ from what you see in Google's interfaces because of different counting methods, or be temporarily unavailable due to limits or outages on Google's side. Spend forecasts and other calculations are for reference only: decisions about topping up your account and changing budgets, bids and campaigns are yours.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes at your account's email address ahead of time.
