Who processes the data

What data we collect

your email address and an encrypted password, so you can sign in to your account;
the addresses of the sites you've added, and their check results;
your notification settings, including your Telegram chat ID if you've connected it;
payment data needed to bill and renew your subscription;
if you connect a Google account — its email address, access keys (tokens), the list of properties and ad accounts available to you, and the data for your reports (see "Data from Google services").

We don't collect data about visitors to your sites, and we don't install any code on your sites. We receive Google Analytics 4 statistics in aggregated form only, without data that could identify an individual visitor.

Data from Google services

The Analytics and Google Ads sections work only if you connect a Google account yourself and grant access on Google's consent screen. We receive the following data:

Google Search Console — clicks, impressions, CTR, average position and page indexing statuses for the property that matches your site's domain;
Google Analytics 4 — aggregated metrics of the property with a web data stream on the site's domain: users, sessions, engagement, traffic channels, key events and their value, and metrics of linked Google Ads campaigns;
Google Ads — names and IDs of the ad accounts available to you, account budget and spend, the status of campaigns, ads and advertiser verification, campaign and conversion metrics, and data about products in Shopping campaigns.

We use this data only to show you reports and check results and to send the notifications you've set up. We only read the data and don't change settings, campaigns or budgets in your Google accounts. We don't sell this data, use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, or transfer it to third parties, except when this is needed for the service to work, is required by law, or you've agreed to it. Our staff don't view this data unless you ask us for help, it's necessary for security, or the law requires it.

FullCheckApp's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke access at any time in the service settings or on the "Third-party apps & services" page of your Google account. After that, we stop receiving data from Google; what happens to data already loaded is described in "How long we keep it".

Why we use it

Only to provide the service: running checks, sending reports, keeping your account running, and processing payments. We don't sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor — to handle payments. Our email delivery provider — to send reports. Telegram — if you've connected messenger notifications. Each of them receives only what its part of the work requires.

Data from Google services connected to a site is also visible to the users you've given access to that site in the service.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, check data is deleted, except payment records we're required to keep by law.

The Google account's email address, access keys and list of properties are kept while the Google account is connected. Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads data is stored in the site's reports and updated regularly; daily Google Ads budget snapshots are kept for the budget history.

When you disconnect a Google account, we revoke access with Google and delete the access keys, email address and list of properties. Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads data that has already been loaded stays in the site's reports but is no longer updated. It is deleted together with the site or your FullCheckApp account.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, and withdraw consent to mailings. Write to info@fullcheckapp.com and we'll respond.

Security

The connection to the service is protected by a certificate. Access keys to third-party services, including your Google account, are stored encrypted.
